Starter is £595 and Team is £1,250 for my first 3 clients. In return, you give an honest testimonial and agree to a case study. The case study can be named or anonymous, your choice, and you approve it in writing before it's published. Your price doesn't depend on what you say. Any testimonial I publish will say it came from a founding client who paid a reduced price. Standard prices apply from client 4.

- A written brief for each bot: what it owns, what it may do, what it must ask you about first, and what "done" looks like
- Approval rules set up in your Grok Bot settings
- 3 test runs per bot, with a short scorecard after each
- A one-page guide to running, pausing and checking your bots
- A handover call, and a check-in call at day 30
- 30 days of defect fixes by email
What isn't included
- Your Grok Bot plan. You buy it directly. We check which plan you need on the fit call.
- Running the bots for you. You run them after handover.
- Holding your logins. Never send me a password.
- Changes to your CRM. HubSpot in Team is read-only unless we agree otherwise in your scope.
- Custom code, custom plugins or bespoke connectors.
- Rollouts across several sites.
- Bots that send, pay or delete on their own at handover. You can give them more freedom later, once you trust them.
- New bots or changes after day 30. These are quoted separately.
Support
For 30 days after handover, if something I built doesn't work as agreed, I fix it. Support is by email and covers defects only, not new features or extra bots. I reply within 2 working days.
How it works
- Fit call. 15 minutes to check it suits your business and which Grok Bot plan you'd need. If you'd like, we then spend 10 minutes on a demo of bots running on my own setup.
- Scope. A one-page scope follows by the end of the next working day.
- Build. You pay up front and we book your build date. I prepare your bots from tested templates.
- Setup call. You share your screen and drive. I guide you through each step. You connect your own accounts and type your own passwords.
- Test runs. Each bot does 3 practice runs over about a week. You approve every draft.
- Handover. You switch the routines on when you're ready. Defect fixes by email for 30 days.
Common questions
Who owns the bots?
You do. They live in your Grok Bot account, on your plan, connected to your accounts. The written briefs and the guide are yours to keep.
Do you need my passwords? Will you see my data?
No passwords, ever. On the setup call you share your screen and drive, and I guide you through each step. You connect your own accounts and type your own passwords and codes. I don't hold your logins, and I don't store or copy your data. The call isn't recorded. Every setup comes with a short engagement letter that puts this in writing.
What tools and Grok Bot plan do I need?
Setups are built on Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Drive. If you use something else, ask on the fit call. Not every Grok Bot plan supports bots, so we check which plan you need before you buy anything. The plan is billed to you by xAI and isn't part of my price.
How long does it take?
About 2 weeks for Starter and about 3 weeks for Team, from your build date. That includes a week of test runs, because a bot you haven't watched work isn't ready to hand over.
Will the bots send emails or change my CRM?
Not at handover. They draft, and you approve and send. Routines stay off until you switch them on. In Team, HubSpot access is read-only unless we agree otherwise in your scope. Once a bot has a clean track record you can give it more freedom yourself.
What happens after 30 days?
Support ends, and your bots keep running in your account. If you want changes or more bots, I'll quote for them.
Who isn't this for?
It isn't the right fit if your business works in health, therapy or clinical care, if you want someone to run the bots for you, if you need custom code or a bespoke integration, if you need a rollout across several sites, or if the work centres on sensitive personal data.
Can you set up something bigger?
Not at the moment. If that changes, readers of The XAI-Files will hear first.
