Default AI meeting notes would have parked sensitive session content in the wrong place. Held the line, then planned a gated rollout with a DPIA and clear transparency. Decide, don’t default.
Calendar-to-operations sync
Replaced hand-copying between calendars and a central tracker with an approval-based sync. Small controls, so the automation is safe to leave running.
