We use these providers to run the site and our email: - **HubSpot**, for our CRM, forms, booking page, newsletter and cookie banner. Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre. HubSpot is a US company, so some data may be accessed from outside the UK. Where that happens, it's covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. - **Google Workspace**, for our email and calendar, including fit-call bookings and the video link for the call. - **Google reCAPTCHA**, which protects our forms from spam. When you open a page with a form, your browser loads reCAPTCHA and its font from Google, so Google receives your IP address and some details about your device. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the forms secure. We'll also share data if the law requires it. ## How long we keep it Fit-call bookings and messages that don't lead to work: 2 years from our last contact. Client records: 6 years after the work ends, for tax and legal reasons. The XAI-Files newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a minimal record (your email and the date) so we don't email you again. ## Your rights Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy to take elsewhere.
